Family-Owned. Built on Integrity. ABLE Trades is led by brothers Rob and Matt Ray, lifelong Mainers, raised in New Gloucester, who learned early the value of hard work, honesty, and responsibility.
After building careers in their respective fields, they began working together in business in 2001 with a shared commitment to doing quality work and treating people right. Today, ABLE Trades proudly provides builders, electrical, heat pump, and weatherization services throughout Central and Southern Maine.

In addition to any additional warranties agreed to by the parties, the contractor warrants that the work will be free from faulty materials; constructed according to the standards of the building code applicable for this location; constructed in a skillful manner and fit for habitation or appropriate use.
